The "Original" Mopar
This Great Dane cross Black Lab was a great dog from the moment we got him, at 8 weeks old. He was extremely easy to train, had great patience, and a great disposition. He grew to be HUGE, and was very powerful, even for his size.
He was well natured, but when attacked by other dogs he was ferocious, and protected kids and cars with not a worry. He was a dog loved by many, and now he's missed by all those who knew him.
           R.I.P. Mopar.
The "new" Mopar
When we picked up these two they were only 8 weeks old. Their mother was a purebred Dalmation show dog. Their father was a Black Lab that jumped a 6 foot high chain link fence.....
Mopar has always had a sweet disposition, but Scamper had an appetite for trouble. Scamper also had an appetite for drywall...
After months of repairing chewed up walls, furniture and linoleum, and all night chasing and fighting we found the only solution was to find Scamper a more suitable home. Scamper ended up on acreage in Maple Ridge.
Mopar has turned out to be a better dog than we possibly could have hoped for. Extremely protective of the children, he is one of the biggest hearted and most obedient dogs I have ever come across.
WE LOVE YOU MOPES!
"Hemi"
Hemi was hit by a car and killed outside our home. She was very street smart and very obedient, but made ONE mistake and it cost her life. She was a Black Lab cross that strangely wouldn't even put her FEET in the water ! Originally my brother's dog, we took her in and had a great time with her, taking her camping with us etc...
      We miss you Hemi.
Crazy cat doesn't know WHAT is going on.......
